Refunds and Returns Policy – StillPointAcademy.com

Effective date: February 23, 2026
Still Point Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides physical goods, digital products, online courses, event tickets, and services (including workshops and appointments). This policy explains when refunds, returns, reschedules, or credits may apply.

1) Physical Products (Shipped Items)

Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days (Canada/US). International delivery times vary.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable).
  • Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
    • the item,
    • the packaging,
    • and the shipping label (if available).
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund (including applicable shipping).

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2) Digital Products, Downloads, & Online Courses

Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds are limited.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be considered if:

  • Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed/consumed, and
  • No certificate has been issued, and the course has not been substantially completed.

Non-Refundable Digital Items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or accessed:

  • Downloadable files (PDFs, guides, recordings, templates),
  • Digital products marked “final sale” or “non-refundable,”
  • Course bundles where a significant portion has been accessed,
  • Completed courses or courses with issued certificates.

Technical Issues

If you’re unable to access content due to a technical issue on our side, we will work to resolve it. If we cannot reasonably resolve access within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or credit may be offered.


3) Live Online Classes, Workshops, & Programs (Virtual or In-Person)

These include scheduled group sessions, intensives, short programs, and workshops delivered live (whether online or in-person).

Cancellation by You (Participant)

Unless the specific event page states otherwise:

  • More than 14 days before the start date: refund minus a processing fee (up to 5%) or you may choose 100% store credit.
  • 14 to 7 days before the start date: 50% refund or 100% store credit.
  • Less than 7 days before the start date: no refund. You may transfer your registration to another eligible event date (if offered) or receive store credit at our discretion.

Transfers

  • You may request to transfer your registration to another person (if the event allows it) up to 48 hours before the start time.
  • Transfers may require the new attendee’s details to be provided before approval.

Missed Attendance / No-Shows

  • No refunds for missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows.
  • If a recording is included with your registration, access will be provided per the event details.

4) Event Tickets (Through Event Tickets / Calendar)

Event tickets are capacity-based and often involve venue and facilitation costs.

  • Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event start time unless otherwise stated on the ticket/event page.
  • If the event is sold with multiple ticket types (e.g., General Admission, Student, Early Bird), each ticket type may have different refund rules, which will be displayed at checkout or on the event page.
  • If an event is marked “non-refundable” or “final sale”, that term applies.

5) Appointments, Private Sessions, and 1:1 Meetings

This includes private consults, coaching, mentoring, assessments, and other scheduled 1:1 services.

Rescheduling

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment start time.
  • One complimentary reschedule may be offered; additional reschedules may incur a fee.

Cancellations / No-Shows

  • More than 24 hours notice: eligible for a refund minus a processing fee (up to 5%) or store credit.
  • Less than 24 hours notice / no-show: no refund.

6) Subscriptions, Memberships, and Payment Plans

Subscriptions/Memberships

  • Subscription charges are billed according to the plan selected.
  • You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges; however, previous charges are non-refundable.
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Payment Plans

  • Payment plan deposits and completed installments are generally non-refundable once a program has started, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated on the program page.

7) Physical Events or Programs We Cancel or Reschedule

If Still Point Academy cancels an event, class, or appointment:

  • You will receive the choice of a full refund or store credit.
  • For in-person events, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related costs incurred by attendees.

If we reschedule:

  • Your ticket/registration will transfer to the new date, or you may request a refund if you cannot attend (request must be made within 7 days of the reschedule notice).

8) Exceptions & Final Sale Items

  • Promotional items, clearance products, and deeply discounted offers may be final sale and non-returnable (this will be noted on the product page or at checkout).
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

9) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your purchase, please contact us first. We aim to resolve billing concerns within 7 business days.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of access to digital products/courses, and/or
  • cancellation of event registrations, where applicable.

10) How to Request a Refund or Return

Email support@stillpointacademy.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Purchaser name and email used at checkout
  • Product/event name
  • Reason for request
  • For physical goods: photos if damaged/defective and your delivery date

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send returns without approval.
