By accessing or using the Website, purchasing products, registering for events, or participating in any course, class, membership, or service offered by Still Point Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase/register.

1) Eligibility & Account Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to purchase. Minors may only participate with a parent/guardian’s consent and supervision where permitted.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information during checkout and registration.

2) Products & Services Covered by These Terms

These Terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to:

3) Educational Purpose & No Medical Advice

All SPTA content and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

  • Do not disregard professional medical advice because of content you access through SPTA.

4) Assumption of Risk

Participation in any wellness, movement, manual therapy, breathwork, nervous system, or similar education (online or in-person) involves inherent risks.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, related to your participation.
  • You agree to stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, or concern and to seek appropriate professional guidance.

5) Purchases, Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are shown in [CAD/USD] unless otherwise stated.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location and applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed purchases already completed.

6) Payments & Billing

7) Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Your subscription will renew automatically based on the plan you choose unless cancelled before renewal.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund past charges unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written policy.

8) Digital Products & Online Courses (Access, Delivery, and Use)

  • Digital products and course access are delivered electronically through your account and/or email.
  • Access durations (lifetime vs time-limited) are as stated on the product page. If not stated, access is provided for a reasonable period determined by SPTA.
  • You may not share logins, resell access, or redistribute content.

9) Events, Tickets, and Live Classes

Registration & Attendance

  • Event details (date/time/location/online link) are listed on the event page and may be updated for operational reasons.
  • You are responsible for arriving on time and meeting any listed participation requirements.

Tickets

  • Tickets may be limited capacity and may be assigned to a specific attendee.
  • If attendee information is collected, you agree it is accurate and that you have permission to provide it.

Changes, Rescheduling & Substitutions

  • We may reschedule, change instructors, adjust content format, or change the delivery method (in-person ↔ online) if needed.
  • If an event is cancelled by SPTA, remedies are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

10) Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11) Free Registrations & No-Show Policy (If Applicable)

For free events or free registrations, we may:

  • require registration information,
  • limit spots,

12) Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content on the Website—including videos, lessons, text, graphics, logos, downloads, recordings, and course materials—is owned by SPTA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • record live sessions (unless explicitly allowed),
  • share course materials outside your household/team unless explicitly licensed.

  • you grant SPTA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for business purposes (including marketing), unless you request removal and removal is reasonably possible.
  • you confirm you own the rights or have permission to submit it.
  • you agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

14) Community Guidelines (If You Have Groups / Forums)

If SPTA offers groups, communities, or discussion areas:

  • Be respectful; harassment, hate, threats, or discrimination are not allowed.
  • No spam, solicitation, or unauthorized advertising.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion for violations.

15) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • violate any laws,
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or systems,
  • scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer,
  • interfere with security or performance,
